Discount coupons may have a valid date. Use of the coupon beyond this date will not result in a discount.
The customer has a 2 year guarantee from date of purchase that our products are suitable for use as described. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear or improper use.
Products may be subject to natural wood movement which can result in minor cracking either in the wood or other materials;. Further minor changes in colour due to UV light exposure may occur. Minor blemishes due to the hand made nature of the item are to be expected. The guarantee does not cover such minor cosmetic issues.
The gift wrapping service is done in best faith and is considered a completed service at the time of sending and is not subject to refund or return or guarantee. The seller warrants that the gift is wrapped before sending and properly sealed such that the purchased item(s) is completely covered, with no part visible.
Commissioned pieces are covered by the guarantee but not by the refund policy. In most cases the piece will be redone or corrected by the seller upon return. However, the seller reserves the right to refund the buyer.
The buyer understands that all pieces are made by hand and may have minor blemishes, variations in surface quality and finish, roughness of wood or variation in colour, consistent with and on account of the handmade nature of the goods. Such minor issues do not constitute sufficient reason for returns beyond the statutory time provided for by law.
All legal disputes will be settled by courts in Poland.
