Wooden Elven Plate

The Wooden Elven Plate blends craftsmanship and imagination. We turned it from glowing Cherry wood that carries a warmth almost alive—its grain flows softly, and its polished surface shines with a gentle sheen. The golden-red tones radiate like autumn captured in form.

Elven Design

Think of the flowing headbands worn by elves in the Lord of the Rings films. The rim takes inspiration from that same Elven design, where organic curves meet quiet elegance. I carved the motif in wood polymer and set it into crystal-clear sea-green epoxy. Warm Cherry glows against the cool resin, evoking forests and rivers, sunlight and shade, earth and water in harmony. From above, the rim looks like delicate ribbons of Art Nouveau. From the side, the transparent resin shimmers as light dances across it.

Enchantment Made Practical

This Wooden Elven Plate feels timeless, as though it came from an ancient Elven hall. Use it for fruits, sweets, or offerings. Its food-safe finish makes it practical, and you can clean it easily with a damp cloth. On the underside, I left a small bark inclusion intact, adding raw character and a reminder of the living tree it once was.

Plate Use

Display this plate on a stand or place it at the center of a table. Its design bridges utility and art. Some see echoes of Elven lore, others feel the spirit of Art Nouveau, while many simply admire the way wood and resin work in harmony.

For lovers of the mystical, the natural, or the artistic, this plate offers more than function. It tells a story, and every glance invites you deeper into its quiet magic.
